The luxury villa is furnished to a high specification throughout, with filtered water, central heating, air conditioning, central music distribution, TV / Video / DVD players, the villa has all you need to make your stay both comfortable and luxurious.
Casa Phoenix sleeps 8 adults (4 double / twin bedrooms, all with patios or balconies, screens and fans).
Living Area
The living accommodation comprises a spacious, beautifully furnished sitting room with an open fire, a grand domed hall, cloakroom, excellently appointed modern kitchen with large American fridge/freezer and dishwasher, breakfast area and a utility room with washing machine and water softener.

Casa Phoenix has 4 luxurious double/twin bedrooms, all of which have a private patio or balcony with views.

There are 2 bathrooms, each with high-pressured showers over baths, plus 1 shower room / WC.
Outside
Within the grounds of the villa is a magnificent 30ft mosaic solar heated swimming pool set on a large terracotta sun terrace, which is partially covered for shade. From the terrace are simply spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course below in the citrus valley of Cortijo Grande.
For an alternative to the pool, and particularly inviting for off-season bookings, there is a Sun Spa hot tub, again with stunning views down to the valley below.
To the west of the villa lies a beautiful secluded walled garden with lawns and a BBQ area.
