Penhaligon guest shampoo, shower gel & soap per person. In the kitchen hand soap, washing up liquid, dishcloth, Scotchbrite, washing machine tabs, Rinseaid & Salt. Starter toilet roll in each loo.

No provision for mail or faxes unless by prior arrangement with the letting agents. There is an internet facility at 'The Word' in Turre.

No, but signals are good for mobiles.

No. Nearest airport is Almeria (45 minutes from villa on motorway).

Yes a car is essential as Casa Phoenix is 3 km from the nearest town (Turre). Good car hire facilities at Almeria airport.
NB: Murcia and Alicante are also possible airports - but further away from Casa Phoenix.

There is air conditioning in living room and master bedroom. All other bedrooms have fans. There is centrasl heating in all rooms.
